No Bake Hazelnut & Vanilla Energy Bites

Looking for an easy after-school snack? Look no further and try this delicious recipe from eat. live. travel. write.

  1. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl
  3. Use a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop to portion the mixture and gently roll each portion in your hands. Place on the baking tray lined with parchment paper
  4. Place the baking tray in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes
  5. Store the bites in the fridge in an airtight container

  • 2 cups crispy cereal, crushed
  • ½ cup Duo Penotti Hazelnut & Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
