- Make (or buy and follow the instructions on the packet ;-)), your favourite mini tarts
- Spread a double layer of Duo Penotti Hazelnut & Vanilla Spread in each cake
- Cut a pear into small cubes
- Sprinkle the pear cubes with lemon, cinnamon and brown sugar
- Fill the cakes with the fruit
- Place in a preheated oven (100°C) for 10 to 15 minutes
