- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Grease a baking pan with oil or butter
- Mix the bananas with the eggs, using a (hand) blender, to a smooth batter
- Fold the remaining ingredients into the batter and bake in the oven until golden brown, for ± 20 minutes.
- Let the banana bread cool.
- Add some white vanilla spread and enjoy your meal!
